Call me and you’ll know pretty quick you have come to the right place. When it comes to checking out homes, I do like to really check them out! I will check the electrical panel, under the sinks for plumbing and leaks, I'll even go peeking my head underneath the home and through attic access if possible and let you know what I see. I've never been in construction nor have I ever been an inspector though I have always been extremely handy around the house with plumbing, electrical and even fixing posts and piers supporting one of the houses I have owned and completely renovated my current home. Always a hands-on guy, and that strategy will carry over when I'm helping you. I managed a small real estate office for over 5 years and know the paperwork involved very well. And I'm the Treasurer for the Douglas County Association of Realtors.

"Jun 17, 2021 About 6 months after Aaron helped us sell our home, he helped us buy a plot of land. He actually never stopped “looking” for land for us from the time of our house sale but we were out of state traveling the country. When we decided it was time to settle down and come home he was on the hunt for us. "The clients left and Aaron spent some time with me, did a walk-through, gave me tips on pre- sale and so on. He pretty much just took the whole thing right there and then because I immediately knew he’s got it all covered and then some. And I was right, and then some. House is on the market! Outside water line breaks on a Saturday. I can’t reach any plumbers! Hey, maybe Aaron is networked in with some plumbers. I call Aaron, “he answers”, I fill him in, he says he’ll call me back. Ten minutes later he calls and says he’s on his way. He arrives with tools and no plumber. We find the problem, he does the work. How much money do I owe you, Aaron? “Nothing, don’t worry about it, I’m happy to do it”. Even though Aaron is networked with some plumbers none were available.
